Cancellations and Returns

Please check your order carefully before clicking "Process Order". No add-ons, deletions, or modifications are possible after your order is processed. Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final. Please double check spelling for the order before submitting. Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, we will send out a replacement at no charge. Please email us at returns@busybrides.net  for an authorization number to return within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization. When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank You in advance for your understanding.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal or Money Order. Nevada residents will be charged with 7.75% sales tax.

Shipping

All orders are imported and will begin to be processed on the next business day. Unless otherwise notified, we process most orders within 2-3 business days. Due to the nature of our business we cannot ship same day.. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. If an item is not in stock it will ship as soon as it comes in. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide us with a street address. We will use UPS to ship the majority of our orders. At this time we do not offer international shipping. You may choose to upgrade your shipping at your expense. We offer UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3rd Day Select. However, choosing an upgrade in shipping does not guarantee the item will ship out the day it's ordered or the next day. If the item is out-of-stock, it will take us 4-5 business days to restock and then we will proceed with the order. You will be notified by email if a product is on backorder. Shipping Fees are as follows. $0.00-$25.00 = $6.00$25.01-$50.00 = $6.50$50.01-$100.00 = $7.50$100.01-$150.00 = $9.60$150.01-$200.00 = $11.50$200.01-$300.00 = $13.50$300.01-$400.00 = $17.50$400.01- $500.00 = $23.00$500.01+ = $30.00   Add an additional $20.00 for 2 day air  **Add an additional $15.00 shipping charge for any package going to AK, HI, PR & Can HI  **  Note all shipments going to AK, HI, PR & Can are shipped USPS  (United States Postal Service)  All US packages under 16 ounces will be shipped by USPS.
